Pulse Clinical Alliance is hiring a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Keene, NH.

Job Details:

Contract: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $51-58/hr for locals, $2,210-2,530/week for travelers based on
Schedule: Nights - $36hrs/week - 7 pm-7:30 am - Every other weekend
Experience: 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience, Postpartum and mother/baby care experience
Requirements:
NH RN License or compact
Epic EMR experience
ACLS
BLS
NRP
Skills checklist
2 professional references
AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years preferred
Description:

A labor and delivery nurse cares for women and their infants before, during, and after birth. A labor and delivery nurse will monitor mothers and children, provide postpartum care, and educate new mothers about the care of their newborns.

Meeting with expectant mothers for prenatal visits and providing care for normal and problematic pregnancies.
Teaching childbirth preparation classes.
Providing information, guidance, and hands-on clinical care to pregnant women.
Monitoring fetal heartbeat and length and strength of contractions during labor.
Coaching women, assisting with any complications and administering medications during birth.
