R-00134296 Description We have an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Principal Mission Engagement Engineer t to provide mission critical support to our customer.  As part of an Agile Team, you will be an integral part of the Agile Portfolio Teams engaging with development teams, end-users, and customer-stakeholders.  In this role, you will be responsible for enriching relationships on both sides of development.  To be successful, you will need to be well organized and able to effectively coordinate across stakeholders.  Must be willing to work in a fast passed environment to assist the programs to design, develop integrate and maintain enterprise solutions.   Primary Responsibilities: * Engage stakeholders, end-users and development teams throughout the full development lifecycle * Serve as a liaison and provide clear concise operating picture across groups * Serve as an advocate for the needs of end-users and stakeholders supplying key feedback to Agile development teams. * Provide clear understanding to end-users and stakeholders on the realistic impacts of requirements and requests. * Develop briefings and system demonstrations * Document and test user scenarios * Provide desk side support to end-users Basic Qualifications: * Understanding the software development lifecycle * Extensive experience working with people * Effective communicator with strong listening skills * Working understanding and functionality of intelligence databases * Willingness to take charge and work independently without supervision * Ability to understand problems and develop solutions for resolution * High level understanding of technologies involved in web based applications * Ability to translate between mission customer and technical teams **Candidate must have a Bachelor’s with 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 13+ years **Candidate must be US Citizen. **Candidate must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Jira and Confluence * Requirements Officer background Original Posting Date: 2024-04-24

Pay Range: Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
