Candidate MUST possess a TS/SCI clearance with Intel Polygraph Overview: The Sponsor requires reverse engineering support to maintain and enhance access to social media data. Software EngineerThe Sponsor applies technical resources to accelerate the timely, reliable, and secure delivery of open source data, information, and insights. The Sponsor requires requires reverse engineering support to maintain and enhance access to social media data. The Software Engineer will work within an existing team environment, work closely with the Sponsor's product owner and program manager to deliver user stories necessary to realize product vision, and coordinate with multiple entities, including mission partners, to ensure tools meet defined requirements. The Software Engineer will support data engineering efforts to analyze large data sets to derive data relationships, ensure all security vulnerabilities are addressed as appropriate by severity and maintain security accreditation, and maintain all source code in Sponsor-wide, remote Git repository. They will work with network inspection tools to capture and analyze network traffic, defeat certificate pinning while collecting data, reverse engineer and document mobile applications, and develop and document Linux OS and shell scripts. 1.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience working with network inspection tools to capture and analyze network traffic.

3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience developing and documenting scripts on Linux OS.
4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with Python.
5.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience working with proxies such as Charles and Burp Suite.
6.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience reverse engineering mobile and web applications.
7.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience working with iOS frameworks and SDKs as it relates to jailbreaking.
8.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience working with Dalvik bytecode and decompiled Android APK files.
9.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience and understanding of digital techniques and technologies to mitigate technical signatures.
10.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with digital anti-fraud techniques and technologies.
11.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with mobile emulation for application testing and reverse engineering purposes.
12.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with encryption and decryption methodologies.
13.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience developing on Linux platforms.
14.(Desired) Demonstrated experience managing and developing software applications in an AWS environment.
15.(Desired) Demonstrated experience customizing Android emulators to add or remove functionality, change signatures, and enhance performance.
16.(Desired) Demonstrated experience reverse engineering, with Android and iOS.
17.(Desired) Demonstrated experience performing mobile application development.
18.(Desired) Demonstrated experience using Selenium MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph NOTE: Must have an active TS-SCI with poly.
