PROGRAM ANALYST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will provide oversight and conducts the command O and M sustainment POM preparation and submission to Headquarters, U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). * You will develop, evaluate, and defend O and M sustainment program budget execution strategies in coordination with internal staff elements, the Combat Development Directorate, and higher headquarters staffs. * You will oversee matters related to the USSOCOM Strategic Planning Process (SPP) including preparation, presentation, and justification of Phase IV (resourcing phase) of the POM submission to USSOCOM. * You will prepare and/or review various funding documents and procurement packages, both direct cite and reimbursable, for assigned program areas. * You will provides assistance to the Budget Officer and Funds Control Analyst in the development and submission of NSWDG's O and M Budget Estimate Submissions (BES) and amended BES to USSOCOM. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting long range planning, programming, accounting,auditing, travel and finance operations of command funds AND providing analysis, evaluation, and recommendations in support of budget execution agenda processes.
