Responsibilities: * Provide direct oversight and supervision of personnel. * Mentor, counsel, manage, assist, and assign workload to staff. * Responsible for the onboarding, and training (initial and ongoing) of personnel. Requirements: * Top Secret Clearance. * Bachelor's Degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. * Eight years of federal government contracting experience with achievement of DAWIA Level III Contracting Certification.
