A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Harrisburg, PA office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
- 4-year college degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent technical study
- Microsoft certifications preferred
- 5 plus years field experience
- Microsoft 365/Windows OS - Windows 10
- Microsoft Edge support
- Microsoft SharePoint Online experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Personal Computer Desktop, Laptop, Mobile devices
