**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust** Baer is looking for ESRI ArcGIS Developer for a 12-months Federal Project located in Woodlawn, MD. Title:ESRI ArcGIS Developer Location:Onsite - Woodlawn, MD (Mon - Thur) Duration:12 month Rate:All-inclusive Alignment:W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted) Responsibilities: * Take ownership of the integrity and governance of systems, ensuring adherence to best practices for delivering services. Implement and maintain standards to uphold data integrity and system reliability. * Lead the development, deployment, and support of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from both architectural and operational perspectives. Collaborate with existing standards and methods of delivery to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Experience Requirements: * A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development and system architecture. * Demonstrated expertise with ESRI ArcGIS platform, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in its utilization and customization. * Proficiency in Agile methodologies for application development, with a strong ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities. * Experience in gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements and user stories to drive development efforts effectively. * Competence in web design principles and front-end development technologies to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. * Proficient in various testing methodologies including unit testing, functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of developed solutions. * Familiarity with release management processes and tools to coordinate the deployment of software updates and releases efficiently. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required to meet the educational qualifications for this role.
