ESRI ArcGIS Analyst

**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust** Baer is looking for ESRI ArcGIS Analyst for a 12-months Federal Project located in Woodlawn, MD. Title:ESRI ArcGIS Analyst Location:Onsite - Woodlawn, MD (Mon - Thur) Duration: 12 month Rate: All-inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted) Responsibilities: * Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. * Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. * Research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making processes. * Utilize ESRI ArcGIS software to create, manage, analyze, and display geographic information. * Develop and maintain GIS databases, including data capture, conversion, and integration. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into GIS requirements. * Design, develop, and implement GIS solutions to address specific business challenges or opportunities. * Perform spatial analysis to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS-related issues. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in GIS technology. Skill Requirements: * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in GIS analysis and implementation. * Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS software suite. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies. * Experience with requirements/user story grooming in Agile environments. * Basic knowledge of web design principles and practices. * Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Understanding of testing methodologies, including unit testing, functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and performance testing. * Knowledge of release management processes and tools. * Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
