The Communication Manager's responsibilities are as follows, to include but not limited to: * Develop communication plans for the dissemination of relevant information to the staff regarding the status of the project, notifications of interruption to daily activities, potential outages, off -hour's works, etc. * Create communications templates for the various means of communications to include: a building wide website, posters, TV monitor communications, boards, and presentations. * Develop and manage communications to internal stakeholders. Skills & Requirements Required: * Active Top Secret Clearance * 4-6 years of experience * Bachelor's degree * Demonstrated work experience in strategic and tactical communications * Strong proficiency with target audience analysis, channel analysis, executing and measuring the performance and effectiveness of communications strategies * Experience in designing and executing digital communications campaigns * Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing and managing time effectively * Demonstrates success at delivering presentations in an informative and succinct manner and addressing questions and feedback professionally * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications *Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
