Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the MANPOWER PLANS AND POLICY DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Duties * You will be the functional expert providing stability in a mixed military/civilian branch. * You will develop policies in support of Commandant of the Marine Corps guidance and initiatives. * You will have the responsibility for overall coordination, administration, and develop of travel policies within the organization. * You will be the organizations' representative in the preparation, support and coordination with relevant departments in the conduct of the processes and policy requirements of the Economic Security initiatives as proposed by the senior leadership. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reviewing and analyzing new or proposed military Human Resources policies, procedures, and guidelines regulations; Analyzing projected program changes and assessed the effects of cost changes.
