Operations Research Analyst

LinQuest is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join our team in the Dayton, OH area. An active Secret clearance is required. Successful applicants should be adept at breaking complex problems into manageable elements and identifying possible solutions for each. Responsibilities: * Work with small teams of analysts to conduct analytic efforts for the DoD
* Understanding customer requirements, adjusting analytical efforts to meet those requirements, and effectively communicating results are some of the expectations for mid-level analystsRequired Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or other technical degree requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics to include calculus
* Experience in the research, analysis, and application of operations research techniques to more than one problem type
* 3 years or more analytic experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* An active Secret clearance is required
