Defensive Cyberspace Ops Planner with Security Clearance

SRG is seeking an experienced Defensive Cyberspace Operations Planner to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive and defensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands. This includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities. Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives. An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Defensive Cyberspace Operations Planner will perform the following functions:
• Draft or edit OPLANS, OPORDs, Planning Orders (PLORD), and FRAGOs, participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Teams (JPG/OPT), develop, and integrate DODIN and defensive cyberspace capabilities into plans, support action officers with planning, and remain cognizant of missions and priorities.
• Review drafts and provide advice and assistance to the Operational Planning Teams and Joint Planning Groups.
• Review plans to identify expressed or implied missions and responsibilities.
• Develop concepts of support, courses of action, integrate command and external capabilities, coordinate, and document comprehensive plans.
• Assist in planning, research, and analysis of DoD cyberspace policy, analysis of cyberspace events and operations, provide specialized expertise in such areas as Cyberspace Protection Teams employment, OSINT Analysis, Targeting Process, and Exercise Planning.
• Develop Reports approximately 20 pages in length, 20 times per year.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience with military cyberspace operations and the military planning process; Or with a minimum of 3 years in military cyberspace operations and a BS or higher degree in IT related field.
2. Must have tactical and operational experience as a staff planner.
3. Ability to engage senior leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience.
4. Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities.
