Summary You will serve as an Installation Training Officer in the Operations Training and Exercises Division of NB CORONADO. Duties * You will analyze the impact on mission performance from training and education program issues. * You will identify and implement developmental or necessary training for subordinate employees. * You will collaborate to develop and adapt exercise scenarios that support the command's mission. * You will coordinate with activities to schedule education and training. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing realistic training events that are based on validated training requirements; 2) Assisting in developing the strategy and plan to provide continuous evaluation of installation training and processes; 3) Coordinating installation level Shore Response Training and Exercise requirements based on installation mission and long range training goals.
