Responsibilities The GEIONT Test Director (GTD), leads support functions for testing strategy implementation activities across the enterprise program offices. As the GTD, your responsibilities would include: * Developing enterprise test, system, functional, performance, and interface requirements * Scope and link requirements for proper system definition * Write systems engineering documents; follow and update templates for documents * Develop large scale test and integration strategies, plans and procedures * Guide GED's cross-directorate coordination efforts for enterprise test strategies, plans and activities * Communicate and strategize with GED senior management on test strategy development and organizational adoption methodologies * Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Physical Requirements * Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
* CISSP cert for ISPO
* Bachelor's STEM degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum 15 years of related experience with systems security and integration efforts
* Experience leading and coordinating efforts of systems security professionals
* Experience managing under a rigorous Systems Security process in a mission critical environment
* Must be an independent self-starter with strong initiative
* Must have strong writing/reporting and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to perform in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
* Must be flexible in a constantly changing business landscape
* Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer Desired Qualifications: * Advanced STEM degree
* Experience with IC and/or DoD
* Experience in engineering and /or acquisition of IC and/or DoD
* Knowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management
