Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting two (2) Tactical Communications (TACOM) Instructors in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, in support of the Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF). This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles and Responsibilities * Provides specialized training in the operation and basic maintenance of MESF communications and sensor equipment.Required Qualifications and Experience * Possess documented experience and be proficient operating portable tactical communications equipment, specifically:
* AN/PRC-117 Harris Falcon III Multiband Networking Manpack
* AN/PRC-150/160 Type-1 HF Radio
* AN/PRC-152/152A Type-1 Handheld Multiband
* AN/PYQ-10 Simple Key Loader (SKL)/KIK-11 Tactical Key Loader
* Possess proficiency in basic Tactical Operations Center (TOC) set-up, watch standing, information management/flow, procedure, reporting, preplanned responses, and Combatant Craft FLIR (CC-FLIR) system.
* Able to perform duties as an Electronics Key Management Systems (EKMS) Local Holder
* Function in an Information Assurance (IA) Workforce Technical capacity as an IAT Level I for CENSECFOR legacy assets associated with Coastal Riverine Training.
* Have knowledge of computer technology applications as it applies to instructional presentation.
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to diplomatically interact with personnel at all levels
* Secret security clearance
