Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting LO-Medical/EMT Instructor in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, in support of the Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF).

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provides training in MESF landside knowledge, skills, and operations.
  • Provides instructional and safety support for live-fire weapons training.
  • Actively engaged in the delivery of MESF Operational Indoctrination, MESF Advanced Combat Shooter, MESF TOC Specialist, MESF Mission Planning Specialist, MESF C4ISR Operator and MESF CSW Operator but may also provide training in the MESF waterborne courses.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess minimum of three (3) years documented operational field medical experience serving as a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Corpsman, U.S. Army medic, or as a Special Operations Tactical Medic.
  • At a minimum, possess current certification ss an Emergency Medical Technician (Basic). This certification must satisfy the requirements for the State of North Carolina. As part of the training process, be available to provide emergency medical treatment on-site during periods of high-risk training.
  • Possess tactical operational experience in the Navy's decision-making/planning process; organizational and individual planning; patrol coordination; proficiency in the development and issuance of a concept of operations and combat orders.
  • Possess or be able to qualify as a Second Class Swimmer in accordance with NETC P1552/16 (Navy Swimming and Water Survival Instructors Manual).
  • Have 2 years of experience as an instructor delivering training.
  • Have knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques to include classroom management, Classroom Assessment Techniques (CATs), and student motivation.
  • Have knowledge of computer technology applications as it applies to instructional presentation.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to diplomatically interact with personnel at all levels.
  • Secret security clearance
