Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to work with our Site Reliability Engineering team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing service mapping in our ServiceNow ITOM Visibility project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve ServiceNow horizontal discovery and top-down mapping.
  • Develop discovery patterns within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Provide guidance and best practices based on experience and expertise.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of data centers and infrastructure/networking.
  • Proficiency in low-code development within the ServiceNow tool.
  • ServiceNow Certified Discovery Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Service Mapping Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

Professional Skills

  • Highly collaborative and communicative
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment of high transparency and accountability
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals.
  • An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a similar role, sufficient to provide guidance and best practices.

Work Environment

This role is in a team setting that values collaboration. The pace is fast, and the ability to switch gears quickly is essential.

Project Duration

The role is expected to last through 12/31/2024.

Start Date

We are looking to fill this position by June/July.
