Role: ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

Duration: Contract through end of 2024

Location: MN or Remote

Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to work with our Site Reliability Engineering team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing service mapping in our ServiceNow ITOM Visibility project.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve ServiceNow horizontal discovery and top-down mapping.

• Develop discovery patterns within the ServiceNow environment.

• Provide guidance and best practices based on experience and expertise.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data centers and infrastructure/networking.

• Proficiency in low-code development within the ServiceNow tool.

• ServiceNow Certified Discovery Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

• ServiceNow Certified Service Mapping Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

Professional Skills

• Highly collaborative and communicative

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment of high transparency and accountability

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals.

• An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.

Experience
