Description of Duties: The Organization Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Manage and lead a small staff in support of the IT Service Delivery (ITSD) Director, Stakeholder Task & Integration Managers (STIMs), as well as the overall ITSD organization. • Be responsible for organizational structure, personnel on-boarding/departure, employee workspace management, employee training, recognition and knowledge management. • Be responsible for telework capability and tracking, process improvements, contract data requirements development and data metrics. • Support the ITSD STIMs, to ensure and report overall Task Order (TO) performance, cost, schedule, and mission success. • Support the ITSD STIMs to provide on-the-ground communications and coordination, advocate for TO priorities, and perform integrated scheduling and de-confliction at the TO level. • Support the ITSD STIMs to ensure coordination, communication, and integration among the STIMs, Department Directors, ancm2-14d TO requirements, scheduling, and resources. • Support the ITSD STIMs to internally coordinate and integrate across the contract with the Jacobs Team Department Directors to identify and integrate resources to meet stakeholder needs for their assigned TOs. • Support the ITSD STIMs to partner between other STIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization, training, and tools. The successful candidate will be able to: • Be able to work in a fast paced environment to assist teams in supporting ITSD in a way that systematically accomplishes technical and financial objectives for a challenging, high profile customer. • Demonstrate insightful leadership and analysis in several areas, to include team building, IT Service Management, business model adjustments, project planning/management, technical implementation, and potential organizational realignment to accommodate altered service models. • Have proven experience with strong analytical and leadership skills. • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of external and internal associates within the organization. • Make judgments required for the planning, prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload. • Monitor and control program budgets. • Address complex challenges and drive forward despite setbacks. • Assist in the creation of management plans and reports • Drive organizational change to better support customer requirements. This position can be filled at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL This position is expected to pay $133,000 - $158,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
