Program Support Assistant with Security Clearance

Duties * You will ensure effective operation of ongoing postal supply operations and building maintenance activities. * You will provide assistance in managing postal supplies and materials. * You will develop stock level requirements for normal supply support and special projects. * You will receive and store bulk postal supplies, materials, and equipment. * You will provide equipment and facilities support. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a variety of clerical or technical work in most of the following fields: postal support functions, building maintenance activities, and supply support functions. Examples of specialized experience include the following: 1) Assisting in managing postal supplies and materials. 2) Receiving and storing supplies, materials, or equipment. 3) Utilizing a supply or postal database. 4) Providing equipment or facilities support.
