LinQuest Corporation is hiring an Executive Support professional to support Headquarters Space Training and Readiness Command (HQ STARCOM). The position performs complex and routine administrative and secretarial duties with minimal or no supervision. An active Secret security clearance is required to be considered. This position requires: * Working directly with General Officer/Flag Officer level executives supporting the Principal
* Performing business operations duties, managing the Principal’s calendar
* Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, drafting emails, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal/external personnel to inform senior leader decision making.
* Preparing and reviewing internal and external documents for Principals.
* Maintaining and managing a calendar of activities, meetings, and events for the Principals.
* Scheduling/coordinating meetings and appointments and managing (i.e., plan, arrange, modify) travel itineraries.
* Assisting with trip books/itineraries and facilitating travel voucher authorization.
* Arranging and coordinating meetings and events and leveraging staff support to resolve issues.
* Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and/or electronic documents.
* Managing Principal taskings to support Field Command activities.
* Ensuring materials submitted to prepare Principal for engagements are thorough and provided in a timely manner.
Required Skills/Experience: * 5+ years of experience providing executive support.
* Experience with managing very busy executive calendars, making travel arrangements, and managing associated expense reports.
* Expert in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Self-motivated, work independently, collaborate as part of a team to achieve office goals, and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy
* Ability to interact effectively with internal and external senior-level executives and their assistants in a professional manner and be proactive in anticipating Government and administrative needs
* This position requires an active Secret security clearance to be considered; however, a TS/SCI clearance is preferred.Preferred Skills/Experience: * US Space Force, Headquarters, Combatant Command or MAJCOM/Field Command experience.
* BA/BS or MA/MS desired.Compensation: * The salary for this position ranges from approximately $75,000 to $90,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.Why LinQuest?
