Space Training Policy Subject Matter Expert with Security Clearance

* Coordinate and send formal course change requests to HQ STARCOM
* Research, analyze and recommend updates to Advanced Training policy tailored to mission areas
* Collect and prioritize Delta Advanced Training requirements
* Plan and execute Advanced Training events and exercises
* Assess Deltas’ ability to meet training requirements and Mission Essential Tasks
* Coordinate Total Force training policy and guidance
* Oversee, organize, and facilitate meetings, forums, summits and working groups that support HQ SpOC’s Annual Training Cycle (i.e., RTRB process)
* Travel may be required for limited durations to support Customer events.Required Skills/Experience: * An active TS//SCI clearance is required for these positions. SAP eligibility may be required.
* 5+ years of experience developing military training policy and guidance
* Understanding of space capabilities
* Experience with providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations
* Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality products in a high-tempo, collaborative environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Accustomed to professionally working with internal and external senior leaders, offices, directorates, and action officers.PreferredSkills/Experience: * Familiarity with AFI 13-602 Volumes regarding Spacecrew Training, Standardization and Evaluation, and Spacecrew Operations
* Experience operating one or more space weapon systems
* Experience with Joint- or Service-level training and/or weapons and tactics development
* Headquarters experience in the US Space Force, US Air Force, Combatant Command, SpOC, STARCOM or equivalent
* BA/BS degree
