Job Description ICBM Sustainment Engineering for Minuteman III with concentration in propulsion systems. Will perform systems engineering and integration duties, logistical analysis, test and assessment, and other relevant engineering efforts required to support mature and proven weapon systems. Researches, plans, designs and develops mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, propulsion rocket engines, and solid stage motors. Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines. #ASFS Required Education, Experience, & Skills ABET Accredited Bachelors degree is Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with systems engineering processes
- Familiarity with technical data packages
- Experience in modeling and/or simulation software Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills ICBM experience, especially Minuteman III specific
- Reentry, Guidance and Navigation, Inertial Measurement, Propulsion, Ordnance, and/or battery technology experience.
- ICBM Field Maintenance

Full-Time Salary Range: $50580 - $85950 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
