Duties * You will serve as product manager for Navy DevSecOps solutions like Black Pearl, collaborating closely with the Marine Corps counterpart within the Neptune Cloud Management Office. * You will leverage your recent experience as a DSO product manager or practitioner, focusing on scaling and sustaining complex systems; Your technical acumen will drive the continuous improvement and reliability of our DSO solutions. * You will utilize your knowledge of IT service management principles and practices, such as ITILv4, to enhance customer experience and ensure operational resilience. * You will display your business acumen by developing comprehensive product roadmaps, accurate cost estimates, and optimized support strategies. * You will apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) techniques to refine and automate the customer journey for DSO onboarding, usage, and workload deployments across various production pathways. * You will serve as a BLACK PEARL SERVICE OWNER in the Naval Warfare System Command (NAVWARSYSCOM) Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be a US Citizen. * Must be determined suitable for federal employment. * Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. * New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
