SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Total Force Manpower Directorate (N1) Department of COMNAVREG SE JAX. Duties * You will provide recommendations, evaluations and justifications on programmatic decisions for Command-wide distribution of military and civilian manpower resources. * You will perform major studies and analyses on requirements and utilization for military and civilian manpower programs. * You will participate in manpower working groups to advise higher authority on the impact of various manpower and congressional reductions on program objectives, areas of imbalances and potential problem areas. * You will supervise and manage all work performed within Total Force Manpower/ Manning/ Requirement Determination Support Division of Navy Region Southeast Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be a US Citizen. * Must be determined suitable for federal employment. * Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. * New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing recommendations, evaluations, and justifications on the distribution of military and civilian manpower resources, including reprogramming and adjustments to activity manning documents. 2) Managing a complex manpower management program involving the assignments or detailing of military personnel or civilian personnel. 3) Performing in-depth studies and analyses on Command-level decisions affecting military and civilian manpower resources, evaluates program impact of decisions and initiates action to balance manpower requirements within constrained program resources. 4) Conducting studies of employee/organizational effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and cost, and recommending changes to improve organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures.
