Senior Contracts Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist with a Secret (or higher) clearance to join a government contracting team in Virginia for a hybrid (1 day/ week) work opportunity. The Contracts Specialist will be supporting a CMO for Research and Development efforts. Responsibilities: - Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution and closeout. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and mitigate risks. - Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions. - Interface with government agencies and other external partners to facilitate effective communication and resolution of contractual matters. - Prepare and submit contract deliverables in accordance with established timelines. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contract management.
