Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the REAL ESTATE BUSINESS LINE of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. SALARY:
GS-07: $55,836 - $72,588 GS-09: $68,297 - $88,786 Duties * You will analyze REBL programs, historic trends and budgetary requirements. * You will track set execution targets and develop reports, analysis, graphs, databases and other products to tract execution. * You will monitor site budgets, unbilled WIP and reimbursable customers fund status weekly/monthly. * You will act as a primary point of contact for all Core financial information needs of Product and Business Line Leaders to create annual budgets. * You will track and provide the status of funding documents through obligation and expensing to include the expensing of prior year obligations. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. * You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States drivers license. * You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment. * You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases. * This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications For the GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Assisting the Real Estate Business Line Leader and Product Line Leaders of the overall financial performance;
2) Process reimbursements to various third parties, customers, and personnel.
3). Assist in analyzing organizational data, collect and organize information, develop statistical and narrative data (through spreadsheets, graphs and reports) to provide management with programmatic administrative support for workload projections, resource requirements;
4). Monitor site budget monthly; and
5). Communicate both orally and in writing with managers, technicians, and budget analysts to determine budgetary and data management needs
