Drive GL integration from RMS to other Financial systems, understanding the end-to-end process and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Possess in-depth knowledge of Item Expenses framework, including Ocean freight, country-level expenses, HTS, and export-related expenses. Ability to independently manage and drive the RMS application, overseeing various functionalities including Items, PO creation, PO Outbound, Transfers, Adjustments ,Allocations, Uploads, Download functions within RMS, Managing Nightly jobs etc. Knowledge of Oracle Apex application for custom development is a plus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners across different departments including Planning, Finance, Transportation, Operations, and Technology, demonstrating strong business acumen and communication skills. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to drive initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and innovate solutions. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude. Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and responsibility in all aspects of work, from design to deployment. Thoroughly document solution designs, configurations, and customizations to facilitate knowledge transfer and support future maintenance activities.
