They are currently seeking a Staff Detection Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our advanced threat detection and incident response systems. You will Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to develop cutting-edge threat detection and analysis strategies and Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate threat detection capabilities into broader cybersecurity infrastructure. You should have experience participating in red teaming and penetration testing exercises and be able to Act as a subject matter expert on threat detection, providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in threat detection, incident response, or cybersecurity engineering, with a minimum of 7 years in the field
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, packet analysis, and log data
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR systems
  • Strong understanding of common security vulnerabilities, including OWASP Top Ten, and ability to effectively exploit and demonstrate their impact
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or relevant industry certifications are a plus
