Responsibilities include providing the federal client with professional on-site facility, and project management services across a variety of small to large-scale construction projects. Projects may include space upgrades or modification/reconfiguration of spaces to meet the mission needs of clients. Key Responsibilities: * Effectively manage an assigned portfolio of projects while addressing challenges related: * Construction cost management, tracking of funds, and Budgeting. * Financial analysis, economic analysis, report production. * Project administration, program management, database management. Skills & Requirements Required Experience & Skills * A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial/government facility construction project management relating to: * Financial analysis using excel spreadsheets, including formulas and formats. * Experience with cost controls and financial cost tracking * Experience with database software and report production * Experience developing and evaluating economic analysis * Experience developing and evaluating construction project cost estimates and tracking funds. * SharePoint Database management and design * Ability to pass a DHS "suitability" background investigation is a requirement Preferred Experience & Skills * CPA, PMP, and federal government accounting experience highly desired. * Experience managing complex new construction or major renovation commercial/government building projects with experience managing simultaneous construction and/or building projects * Ability to work independently, in groups, and in a stressful environment Preferred Education * An accounting, business, finance, or construction management bachelor's degree (civil, mechanical, electrical or architectural, etc) from an accredited University recognized by the U.S. Department of Education Qualifications *Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
