The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD or SUPERVISE performing the following duties:
* Leading a group of subordinates to accomplish daily work-related functions of the heavy mobile equipment trade.
* Applying trade skills for overhauling and repairing heavy pieces of construction, material handling, and weight handling equipment.
* Assigning work and sequence of operations to be performed by equipment mechanics, workers, and self.
* Ensuring equipment being repaired meets cleanliness and safety standards.
