Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Duration: 06+ Months Contract

Primary Skills:

  • Strong experience managing Digital projects.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining timely communication.
  • Superb planning and organization abilities.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A heart to serve, reflecting excellent customer service and relationship building.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills:
  • Proficiency with project management software tools.
  • Basic understanding of production verbiage.
  • Digital experience is a plus.
  • Business/Tech constant learnings/interest to push and challenge the status quo.
  • Experience:
  • Account management/project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with creative workflow and ability to operate with a sense of urgency when needed.
  • Expertise in coordinating production details to ensure successful project execution.
  • Equipment:
  • Proficiency with MAC computers

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Manage projects related to yearly communications (Comms) plan and in-restaurant messaging needs.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on Point of Purchase (POP) creative, shipping chain-wide to all Chick-fil-A restaurants for each campaign.
  • Establish and oversee project schedules, ensuring stakeholders are always informed of status and timelines.
  • Task Coordination:
  • Proactively establish tasks for assigned projects, from briefing to delivery, and communicate expectations and deadlines to team members.
  • Establish daily communication with the team regarding upcoming tasks and shift work as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously and collaborate with legal to ensure all revisions are incorporated.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the creative team, sharing detailed and concise stakeholder feedback with the creative team.
  • Coordinate production aspects, such as scheduling photo shoots, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Asset Tracking:
  • Keep track of the number of assets/projects completed by the In-House Agency (IHA) and enter data into the asset tracker.
