DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the overall planning and implementation of the office administrative practices and procedures including those related to security, time and attendance, procurement of office furniture, equipment, and maintenance requests and assist with hiring and orientation of new employees. • Make Defense Travel System (DTS) travel and itinerary arrangements. • Maintain and coordinate the DGC(LC) calendar. • Set up meetings as advised, prepare materials (daily calendar, OGC telework schedule, and various other items). • Check OGC(LC) mailbox daily for new correspondence addressed to OGC(LC, LitC, OIC). • Receive, review, and control all incoming correspondence and action documents and establish and maintain an internal suspense system via STS to assure timely handling of action items. • Routine Administrative tasks (burn, bags, SCIF and Safe access sheets, fire extinguisher, suite escorting, fire extinguisher) • Handling, fielding all phone calls for DGC(LC) • Support office records management practices and retrieve archived information as needed • Draft, edit, and compile documents and coordinate document archiving • Analyze and process electronic documents for web-based storage, retrieval, publication and distribution • Assist in the generation of internal and external agency correspondence, provide briefing preparation, and support activities • Assist in planning, project assessment, management, analysis, evaluation, and decision-making QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Active DoD Top Secret clearance required to start work • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint) • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or relevant military experience • Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently to identify and create solutions for issues surrounding program and personnel management QualX Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. 1
