Looking For: A Training Specialist for future support of the TACNET program in Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA and Bremerton, WA. As a Training Specialist I, you will: * Join a well-established team that gives you the opportunity to grow * Maintain your clearance * Receive robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan * Be a part of an empowered accountability culture where each employee-owner has a meaningful stake in the future success and growth of the company A week in the life of a Training Specialist I: * Provide training support services including development of CANES system training requirements and documentation of those requirements in the CANES Navy Training System Plan (NTSP). * Design training solutions, procures HW/SW and engineering services for installation of those training solutions at Fleet Concentration Area (FCA) sites. * Develops Navy Standard courses implementing the training solutions and conducts CANES technical training Job Requirements * Bachelors Degree * Active TS/SCI Clearance At least Three (3) years of experiece in: * Professional training experience in the training development environment. * Technical Training in TACNET or other Navy C4I systems Administration and Maintenance. * Navy Shipboard Networks to include CANES or other TACNET systems. * Experience should include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Documentation, and Training.
