Job Requirements * Associate's degree in Cyber Security or related field OR High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant experience. * Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance * Possess or readily able to obtain DoD 8140.03 Cybersecurity Workforce certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent and an operating systems certification such as Microsoft Technology Associate, CompTIA Linux+ or Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)) At least 3+ years of experience in: * Information systems vulnerability scanning tools, e.g., DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), and Security Readiness Review (SRR) scripts. * MS Windows 10/Windows 11 and Server operating systems and familiarity with UNIX/Linux, Real-Time Operating Systems, routers, and/or embedded processor networking Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States. The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
