SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Cybersecurity Engineer - Electronic Warfare.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary: SEACORP's Electronic Warfare area is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Systems engineering
  • Manages compliance, runs compliance reports, operations, and policy as it pertains to classified government systems
  • Artifact creation
  • Security scans
  • DISA checklist file completion and Linux system administration
Manages compliance, operations, and policy as it pertainsto classified government systems. An in-depth knowledge of STIGs, NIST800-53, and Risk Management Framework is required. Evaluates theeffectiveness of the information assurance security controls required tomaintain an operational ATO on naval systems. Familiarity with IATT andATO artifacts and processes required for the initial package approval process. Duties will include but are not limited to; systemsengineering, compliance report generation, artifact creation, security scans,DISA checklist file completion, and Linux system administration. Candidate mustpossess the ability to operate independently without direct supervision forlong periods of time.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a field of concentration in Computer Science; Master's degree and four (4) years or more experience; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

Experience: 6 years or more of related experience

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with the secure configuration and auditing of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Cisco IOS)
  • Familiarity with systems security tools such as ACAS, SCAP, and eMASS
  • Familiarity with system security documentation such as NIST SP 800-53
DesiredQualifications:
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance
  • Currently possesses 8570 DoD IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, CySA+ CE, GSEC, etc.).If certifications are not currently held, candidate should be able to pass the certification requirement within one year of employment
