HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will serve as the NRL Student Programs Coordinator. * You will plan, develop, and coordinate special training programs. * You will conduct summer orientation programs for the students in SSEP, PAACTSEP and Pathways programs. * You will maintain various reports and tracking databases/spreadsheets for student programs. * You will maintain spreadsheets to track numerous items, such as RPA's, student applications and selections, and student hires. * You will serve as a backup for HR Assistant work like entering RPA's into tracking system, sending RPA's to OCHR and coordinating new employee check-in. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one of which is equivalent to the next lower pay band (NO-01) or GS equivalent (GS-4) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1.
