Job Description:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM solutions.
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions using various Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Page, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant platforms.
- Design and configure custom CRM solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Page, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Develop and maintain data models, entities, workflows, and business rules within the CRM system.
- Integrate CRM solutions with other business applications and data sources as needed.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of CRM configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM solutions using Power Page, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Power Platform tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data modeling, and business processes.
- Experience with CRM integrations and data migration techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving attitude with a keen attention to detail.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve CRM processes.
