IB Maximo Administrator with Security Clearance

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM Maximo Administrator to join our team in Kauai, HI. This role will be responsible for the administration and management of IBM Maximo, ensuring its smooth operation and optimizing its performance within a confidential environment. The IBM Maximo Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client’s system capabilities and will work in close collaboration with our team to provide efficient and effective Maximo solutions. This is an onsite role based in Kauai, HI. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the IBM Maximo system to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and configure Maximo to meet those needs. Manage user accounts, security settings, and access controls to protect sensitive data. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements. Stay current with Maximo updates, patches, and new features, and apply them as needed. Implement and enforce best practices for data management, system integration, and customization. Provide technical support and guidance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving any Maximo-related concerns. Assist clients with data implementation and collection, offering technical and business-level support, resolving incidents, generating reports, and providing daily assistance. Continuously improve the functionality, reliability, availability, performance, stability, sustainability, and security of the Maximo application, databases, and associated tools. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an IBM Maximo Administrator or in a similar role. Strong technical knowledge of IBM Maximo, including configuration, customization, and performance optimization. Experience in system monitoring, issue troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5+ years of Maximo Development experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or related field (relevant experience may be considered as a substitution). DoD 8140/8570 professional certification requirement for IAT Level II. Maximo Certification required. Job Type: Full-time (Kauai, HI). Relocation assistance offered.
