Position Description You will serve as a Engineering Technician in the ALRE Test Site Operations & Support Branch (Code BL42100), Prototype Manufacturing & Test Dept., SE & ALRE Test & Evaluation Division of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Position Duties/Responsibilities * You will work in the Environmental Testing Laboratory (ETL) and acts as the senior engineering technician for the Ship Motion Platform (SMP) and Elevated Fixed Platform (EFP) sites.
* You will be responsible for leading and directing operations, maintenance, and site upgrades for these sites as well as the oversight of lower graded personnel.
* You will be responsible for conducting environmental as well as test and evaluation efforts for various types of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles during their research and development stages.
