Job Brief Records Management Specialist - Quantico, VA (3266) Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a in Records Management Specialist in Quantico, VA. Position Responsibilities: * Performs records management tasks to accurately track, manage, and coordinate open and closed investigations/cases. * Receive records, review for accuracy, ensure proper classification markings, and file in appropriate locations within the file room. * Open new case files when necessary and serialize records into appropriate Sentinel case files. * Receive file requests from FBI entities and provide files to the requestor in a timely manner. * Prepare records for relocation to other FBI records management facilities. * Serve as a resource for Laboratory Division (LD) personnel on pertinent records management matters. * Collaborate with case file personnel at the Quantico location to ensure consistency in operations, where appropriate. * Write reports on the progress and success of records management matters and changes to the operational environments, and present to supervisor(s), which may be incorporated into a more comprehensive report or stand-alone report and be presented to management. Position Requirements: * Fully adjudicated Top Secret clearance. * Bachelor's degree. * At least one year of law enforcement records management experience. * Must be able to communicate fluently verbally and in writing, in English, at the bachelor's degree level, be able to understand and execute complex verbal and written instructions in English, be able to express complex issues verbally and in writing in English. * Must be competent in operating an IBM-style microcomputer in Windows and/or UNiplexed Information Computing System (UNIX) environments. * Must be able to discuss complex technical issues in English, using a telephone. * Must be competent with Microsoft Office products in a Windows environment and be competent with computer file management in Windows and/or UNIX environments (creating and deleting files and directories, finding, renaming, copying, and moving files, etc.).
