About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction This position is located at the 106th Signal Brigade at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

• Provides leadership in C4 Information Management and Information Technology (C4IM/IT)
• Applies functional IT expertise in the delivery of ESD functional C4IM services in recognizing, anticipating, detecting, and responding when an operational, business, or organizational change will have consequences on the delivery of C4IM services.
• Coordinates issues within NETCOM, 7th Signal Command, Signal BDE and with DA, Army program managers, DOD, and JCS organizations focusing on relating customer's requirements, program, and Army objectives with assigned activities.
• Responsible for planning and budgeting, acquisition, management, and operations of the ESD assets, and/or IT services for the regional. Directs, coordinates, and oversees the division's IT Performance Measurements Program.
• Supervises the short and long-range planning for the Division's operations.
