SRG is seeking an experienced Intelligence Planning and Policy Development - Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands. This includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities. Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level. SRG’s Intelligence Planning and Policy Development SME will as the principal technical intelligence integration authority and advisor to the respective team lead.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Intelligence Planning & Policy SME will perform the following functions:
• Initiates intelligence synchronization actions in pursuit of cyber-operation program objectives.
• Formulates plans, directs, and evaluates all planned and/or developing intelligence pertinent to proposed cyber operations, to include policy development and staff-action management related to Intelligence Community support regulations.
• Manages the conduct of aligned team/personnel planning.
• Provides intelligence expertise and regulatory guidance to all levels of leadership concerning problems or issues involving the intricacies of the operations supervised.
• Develops recommendations to broaden programs scope and intelligence holdings to effectively predict the far-reaching implications of policy initiatives.
• Serves as the technical expert at meetings and conferences; and to negotiate positive solutions to complex problem-sets.
• Serves as technical expert for offensive-cyber initiatives, responsible for establishment of mechanisms and processes for survey of operational environment, to identify demographic, economic, environmental, and trends to assess their impact on cyber operations.
• Manages and conducts investigative studies into parallel areas of program concerns, interests, and goals of other services or governing bodies.
• Serves as the integrator of intelligence data for planning.
• Determines and codifies program objectives and develops action plans to meet long-term organizational goals.
• Manages mechanisms and processes for the reporting results and revision of the plans.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Must possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 15 years between education and relevant service. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements:
• Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, and COG analysis process as well as a general understanding of Joint Offensive and Defensive doctrine and procedures.
• Knowledge in JOPP, MDMP, and MCPP planning and targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level Cyber plans and orders.
2. Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities. 3. Ability to engage senior leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience.
4. Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities. 5. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
6. Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
7. An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Recent Joint or Service Level Cyber Operations planning experience.

• Armed Forces Staff College (AFSC) – Phase I & II
• Command and General Staff College or Service College Equivalent
