Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS 9-12) grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Improving customer products and services across all range operations by applying effective technical, business and management practices; 2) Managing direct customer funding; 3) Developing and publishing Range schedules; 4) Determining operational priorities and providing management support for a Rated Service Account; 5) Tracking and managing DPA resources, multiple customer funding documents, and budget projections; and 6) Managing resources (physical and financial), communicating orally and in writing, and supervising/ leading a technically diverse and complex organization.
