R-00133134 Description Leidos has an opening for a highly qualified Integrated Logistics Supply Manager for the Multi-Domain Solutions Division. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your experience to support across all-domain large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems to realize the Department of Defense Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). In this role you will support an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Processing Node (PN) to design and implement solutions that can be delivered at speed, scale, and with the necessary security to deliver operational advantages to the joint warfighter. ABMS is a top modernization priority for the Department of the Air Force and will be the backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with all the services across JADC2. This position will work closely with Program Managers, other domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners.     This position will support a hybrid working schedule out of Lexington, Kentucky. Primary Responsibilities * Manage and direct the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks for the DIPN PDT Logistics team.
* Provide product support program status, provide a program schedule(s), conduct product support analysis, and provide support to required Contractor and Government meetings.
* Develop, provide support, and implement an Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) that integrates product support analysis, identifies management responsibilities, and outlines the approach toward accomplishing the twelve Integrated Product Support Element activities to meet program requirements . * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and configuration management teams to ensure that the ILSP effectively addresses lifecycle management requirements and integrates seamlessly with programmatic processes and activities. * Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to forecast logistical needs and allocate resources effectively, ensuring seamless project execution within budgetary constraints.  
* Develop contingency plans and protocols to mitigate logistical risks and ensure continuity of operations in the event of disruptions or emergencies.  
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including ILSPs, subcontract agreements, progress reports, and performance metrics, to track program milestones and ensure transparency and accountability in logistics support activities.  * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including ILSPs, subcontract agreements, progress reports, and performance metrics, to track program milestones and ensure transparency and accountability in logistics support activities. * Controlling the flow of goods, services and information between the point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements as well as ensure the execution and improvement of standard logistic processes.  * Collaborate with vendors and partners to leverage cutting-edge technologies and best practices. * Support an Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) on a quarterly basis to identify, review, approve, and integrate the twelve Integrated Product Support Elements for DIPN PDT capabilities. Basic Qualifications * Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years or prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree. * Experience in subcontracting and related functions with particular emphasis on subcontracts administration, ability to develop effective relationships internally and externally with subcontractors to drive results. * Experience negotiating terms and conditions. * Successful track record of managing a variety of subcontract types, interfacing with internal customers, other functional support staff, and suppliers. * Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. * Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. * Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS. * Experience developing DIPN Logistic CDRLs such as: Logistics Product Data (LDP), Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), Product Support Analysis Package, Logistics Product Data Summaries, etc.  
* US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance, with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.  * Demonstrable knowledge of integration engineering concepts and applying these concepts to Department of Defense programs.  * Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities.  * Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.  * Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and systems engineers in the development of complex DoD systems. * Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
