REGIONAL DISPATCH CENTER MANAGER with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a REGIONAL DISPATCH CENTER MANAGER in the OPERATIONS AND REGION PUBLIC SAFETY DIVISION of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK. Duties * Manage a regional dispatch center for an organization. * You will monitor workforce performance to identify training and development needs for employees. * Advise employees, supervisors, and managers on regulations and workforce planning policies. * Develop long range plans (e.g., future staffing requirements, system requirements, integrating other organizations) for regional dispatch center coverage. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Planning and directing an emergency dispatch operation program; 2.) Experience developing emergency dispatch instructions, policies and procedures; 3.) Experience conducting analysis of an emergency dispatch program's effectiveness of new dispatch systems or procedures.
