PROGRAM AND MANAGEMENT ANALYST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will require knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative and technical programs. * You will manage a long-term workload planning and management process and recommend solutions for workload problems through planning strategies to meet workload requirements. * You will analyze, evaluate and apply theories, concepts and principles of program management. * You will translate data into information, charts, graphs and narratives. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze major program labor categories as compared to workload standards and identify anomalies/trends to ensure program conformity to schedule, labor and material planned values; 2) Conduct industrial production maintenance workload program execution analysis and audits of man-hour expenditures versus planned allocations; 3) Gather data and perform analytic studies in order to make recommendations on substantive workload standard manpower issues and deviations; 4) Analyze and identify significant trends in executed workload and potential issues within the production phases; 5) Prepare and present reports detailing justifications of projected workload completion forecasts and estimated workload standard projections.
