Description Location: Remote We are seeking an experienced Senior Public Affairs Specialist who is ready to step up and lead in the execution and strategic planning of our Public Affairs programs and activities. This role is perfect for professionals who have a deep understanding of Public Affairs initiatives and are looking to apply their skills in a more strategic and leadership-focused capacity. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as strategic lead and main contact for principals driving project management for high-visibility policy roll-outs, events, and story placement. * Oversee and support teams' professional development. * Proactively identify team's needs and participate in high-level meetings with principals * Create compelling content for press releases, articles, op-eds, blog posts, social media, and other communication platforms. Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational messaging. * Track and analyze the effectiveness of public relations campaigns and initiatives. * Maintain pulse on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging issues relevant to the organization's mission and reputation. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on market intelligence and competitive analysis Requirements Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * 6 years of dedicated experience in public relations, policy, corporate communications, or related field * Proficiency in digital media platforms, content management systems, and media monitoring tools. * Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence across organizational levels. * Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and mentor team members. * Effective organizational and time management skills, with a history of meeting tight deadlines.
