Model Based Systems Engineering

* Elicit and capture stakeholder needs in models
* Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents
* Provide MBSE/Systems Modeling Language (SysML) expertise and related support to the entire systems engineering team
* Work collaboratively in a digital engineering environment, integrating data from across systems engineering disciplines into a cohesive system model
* Integrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and systems engineering software
Required Skills and Experience: * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or a technical related field
* 4 or more years’ experience in a systems engineering or digital engineering discipline
* 5 or more years’ experience in MBSE tools (e.g. Sparx EA, Cameo, Rhapsody, Rational Software Architect)
* 1+ years’ experience working with DoDAF, SysML, and MBSE
* Demonstrated ability to develop system behavior, structure, data, and requirements models employing either Sparx, Cameo, or Rhapsody applications in a team environment
* Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities, with special emphasis on space architecture development and communications infrastructures
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
* US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance are required for the position
PreferredSkills and Experience: * 1+ years’ experience with DoD, in support of Acquisition, JCIDS, or Analysis of Alternatives processes
* Experience in Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A)
* Experience with Sparx EA
* Subject matter expertise in SSC program support, especially in MILSATCOM (or other space-based systems)
* INCOSE and OCSMP certifications
* Secret Clearance or higher
Compensation for California:The salary for this position ranges from approximately $110,000 to $135,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Why LinQuest?
