Key Role: Support the development of analytically defensible wargames, tabletop exercises (TTX), and seminar events for Department of Defense clients. Work as a team to ensure that wargame adjudication methodologies are sufficiently flexible to allow dynamic player action while accurately representing real-world military capabilities. Conduct research and analysis into warfighting and national security topics in support of analytic models and wargames. Ensure accurate representation of real-world military concepts of operations and doctrinal practices. Provide insight into game design problem sets and independently design discrete game systems which facilitate accurate game adjudication. Basic Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience as a wargame designer * Experience with DoD or interagency partners * Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform wargames * Active TS/SCI Clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam * Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field Additional Qualifications: * Experience with providing wargame design support for cyberspace wargames, TTX, and seminars Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
